Opened in March 2015, it is an office, commercial and residential building that has 49 family units.
Located in the 8th khoroo of Sukhbaatar District, the residents of the Astra building 1 express their satisfaction of living happily in this combined commercial and residential apartment building.

Astra building 2 is a 66-unit residential building located in the 10th khoroo of Sukhbaatar District. It is our second construction project which began in July 2015 and handed over to the state commission team in February 2016.

This is a 12-story residential apartment building that houses commercial spaces on its 1st to 3rd floors, and 70 family units on the 4th to 12th floors. Located in the 1st khoroo of Bayanzurkh District, Astra Building 3 project started in June 2015 and became ready for service in the third quarter of 2017.

Located in the Zaisan area, the Astra Place, as part of our "Astra Building 4" project, opened to the public in 2018. It is a 5-story complex commercial building featuring a modern glass facade, terrace, and elevator. The Astra place offer clients a wide range of amenities including “Laser” karaoke establishment on the first floor, a beauty salon and fashion boutiques on the 2nd floor, as well as a well-known “Signature” restaurant on its 4th floor and Long'n cocktail lounge on the 5th floor.

The “Prestige villa” project lies along the Zaisan mountain road in the 11th khoroo of Khan-Uul District and the project was carried out between July 2016 and February 2017.

"Astra Building 5" is a residential project for 70 families, which started in August 2018 and was handed over to the commission in April 2019. Located in Zaisan, it lies at the foot of the Soyombo hill and features a commercial area on the ground floor and an underground basement.

Soyombo Tower stands as one of the tallest buildings in Mongolia and it is a 32-story structure] serving both as commercial and residential spaces. The tower houses offices and commercial spaces ranging from 61-400 square meters on it first to 12th floors, as well as on its 25th to 32th floors. The fifth to 24th floors contain 100 to 220 square meters area residential units featuring two to five rooms.

This is a newly opened 12-story or 120-unit apartment building featuring two entrances, located in the 1st khoroo of Bayanzurkh district. The state commission accepted the construction project for operation in March 2022.

Another mixed-use building project lies along the Tuul River right behind the Misheel environmental learning park. The 12-story apartment building is designed to withstand earthquakes up to the magnitude of 8.0 on the Richter scale and is planned to complete construction and open in 3rd quarter of 2022.
